satisfied with the program

There are times when i want to convert some PDF documents into a word document do some editings, but it seems some normal PDF converter cant do this work as I want, the word document cant edit! After some searching I got that as there are scanned PDF and normal PDF files, some program can cant convert the scanned PDF to editable documents.
