Disappointed

Tried to convert a list of names, addresses, DOBs from a PDF into Excel. It converted a 6 column page into a two column spreadsheet. Then tried to convert PDF to Word then maybe I could convert that into Excel. Never made it past first half of the page before creating its own columns at random places.
Im usually pretty good at this stuff but maybe Im not doing something right. I had high hopes.
